About the Journal

Journal of Islamic Education Research (p-ISSN: 2716-1005;  e-ISSN: 2716-0998) has been accredited (Sinta 4) by the Minister of Research and Technology/Head of National Agency for Research and Innovation as an academic journal, No. 225/E/KPT/2022. Since Vol. 5 No. 1 (2024), publication has been changed to three times a year, in April, August, and December. 

Journal of Islamic Education Research is a peer-reviewed journal on Islamic education published by Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Islamic State University of Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. This journal encompasses original research articles and review articles, Including Pesantren Education, Madrasa of Islamic Education, Nusantara of Islamic Education, Deradicalization of Islamic Education, Philosophy of Islamic Education, Islamic Education Policy, Politics of Islamic Education, Gender and Islamic Education, Comparison of Islamic Education, Islamic Education and Science, Islamic Education and Social Transformation, Figure of Islamic Education, Curriculum of Islamic Education, Innovation of Islamic Education, Islamic Educational Technology, and Teacher of Islamic Education.
